Dec 31: Off towards Bodhgaya

In thirty minutes, i'll be out of my hotel on the way to bodhgaya.
Places of interest open at 8, hence the late start. Later, I proceed
towards Varanasi.

Of course, I'll be riding the 'blunder' (read below for details of rim
breakdown) :-)
